These are drawings of wild flowers I experienced while I was running and walking daily in the ancient Lesnes Abbey Woods in South-East London during the first lockdown in the UK. I also made a note of the UK deaths on that day attributed to Covid-19. This piece is dedicated to those who were unable to experience nature in spring 2020.
